I'm working away on rebates this evening and I came across this sentence on a rebate application from a woman who lives in Poplar Bluff, Missouri:

E-mail address: None. No Internet where we are yet!

It takes awhile to get those Internet wires up in rural areas, I guess. Maybe the Rural Internetification Administration needs to get on the case.
